Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item(s)?
If for any reason you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered, we’ll gladly refund it – simply contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We must be informed of the intention to return any unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt of order. Any unwanted goods must then be returned to us within 14 days, unused and in a sale-able condition. Items received after 14 working days may not be refunded and you will be charged for the subsequent return the items to you. You can call us on +44(0)1704 532 360 or email email@example.com. Please note we must be informed in writing by email of any intention to return unwanted goods, and unsolicited returns will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Please note also that unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any custom items.
If you discover a product is faulty, please call our Customer Service team within 14 days from the date of delivery on +44(0)1704 532 360 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll be happy to help. If a product you have bought develops a fault after that time, most products we supply come with an additional warranty. Please contact us for more information.

Return of goods
The cost of return of any unwanted goods is to be met by the customer. We do also offer a collection service for an additional fee (UK mainland addresses only - please see Delivery page for excluded postcodes.)
