Do I have to register for an account?
You are not obliged to register with WS Garage Door Spares in order to place an order. However, registering allows you to check the status of your order and to access your order history so that if you need to order the same product again in the future you are able to access the details of your previous order without the laborious task of trawling through your emails!
Which payment methods do you accept?
We cannot accept cash or cheques. All payments must be made by card or PayPal. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Debit, Switch, American Express, Solo and Electron.
My card got declined?
This is usually an error with the bank, but could happen for a number of reasons. Give us a call at 01704 532 360 or an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to assist.
Am I able to pay for an order with someone else's card?
You may use an alternative card but you must have the card owner's permission.
Does the price include tax?
All Product prices include VAT.
The prices you see on our website are exactly what you will be charged, there are no hidden fees or duties/taxes.
Do you offer a trade discount?
We do offer a discount to resellers, and also can offer discount on high volume orders. Please contact us for more information.
Do you accept telephone orders?
We are primarily an internet company and although the majority of our customers prefer to place their orders online we do understand that this is not always the preferred option. Therefore, if you wish to place an order by telephone please call 01704 532 360 and will gladly assist you from 9am - 10pm.
Am I able to collect my order in person?
Yes, just select collect from warehouse option during checkout. Our warehouse is located in Halsall, Ormskirk in the North West of England.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
We are happy to deliver your order to an address of your choice. Your delivery address does not have to be the same as your billing address.
How will I know that my order has been successfully placed?
When you've successfully completed an order, we'll show you an order confirmation page as well as sending you a confirmation email containing your order details. Please note: You may need to check the “Junk File” in your email account if you have not received a confirmation email from us.
Am I able to cancel/amend my order after I have placed it?
If you need to make any changes to your order please send us an email email@example.com and we will do our best to amend your order prior to dispatch.
Unfortunately once the order has been dispatched we are unlikely to be able to make any amendments.
