Changed your mind or ordered the wrong item(s)?
If for any reason you’re not happy with an item you’ve ordered, we’ll gladly refund it – simply contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We must be informed of the intention to return any unwanted goods within 14 days of receipt of order. You must return the product(s) to use within 14 days of your telling us of your intention to return. Items received after 14 working days may not be refunded and you will be charged for the subsequent return the items to you.

Please note we must be informed in writing by email of any intention to return unwanted goods, and unsolicited returns will not be accepted for refund.
Please note also that unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any goods that are made to your specification or personalised in any way.
Faulty Goods
If you discover a product is faulty, please call our Customer Service team within 14 days from the date of delivery on 01704 331 705 or email sales@wsgaragedoorspares.com. We’ll be happy to help. If a product you have bought develops a fault after that time, most products we supply come with an additional warranty. Please contact us for more information.
Damaged or Missing Goods
If items are damaged or missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery on 01704 331 705 or email us at sales@wsgaragedoorspares.com and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.
Return of goods
Returns are at your own cost. You can send the product back to us, using an established delivery service. If you do this you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time we won't refund you the price.
